We wish to inform you of an important change at the practice. Our current clinical patient computer system supplier has gone into administration, and as a result, we are required to move to a new system.
This change is essential to ensure we can continue providing a safe, effective, and reliable service. However, the transition will affect the availability of some services during June.
The practice has not been given any extra resources to manage this major change. We are required to complete this additional work using existing resources.
